Introduction

Ian Somerhalder investigates the threat of superstorms, caused by rising sea temperatures, whose devastating effects could reach biblical proportions. Ian and his wife, actress and activist Nikki Reed, join a crew of scientists in the Bahamas on research ship. Ian takes a deep dive to explore mysterious underwater caves known as blue holes, which store the secrets of centuries-old superstorms. The question is, do they hold the key to our future as well?
